Intelligence Original is an independent investigative platform founded and operated by Bernd Pulch, an investigative researcher and data archivist active since the mid-1990s. The platform publishes source-based analysis of geopolitical risk, offshore financial structures, declassified archives, and global intelligence operations.

Since 1994, Bernd Pulch has provided advisory and analytical services to institutions in the fields of international news, expert networks, and risk analysis. Due to confidentiality obligations and the sensitive nature of this work, the identities of advisory counterparties are not disclosed publicly.

Nature of Advisory Engagements

Over the past three decades, Bernd Pulch has been engaged as an advisor, analyst, or expert contributor by organizations in the following categories:

Why References Are Not Publicly Listed

There are two reasons advisory counterparties are not named on this site:

2. Counterparty risk. In sensitive fields — intelligence, financial compliance, investigative journalism — public association with a specific researcher can expose institutions and individuals to reputational, regulatory, or personal risk. This is not a hypothetical concern: it is a documented reality of the field.

For these reasons, Intelligence Original does not publish a list of clients, partners, or advisory counterparties. This is consistent with the practice of investigative organizations such as Bellingcat, OCCRP, and the ICIJ, which likewise protect their sources and collaborators.
